One of the things I love about fall is that citrus fruit is in season. Being that I am not a huge desert fan, fruit is my sweet of choice. And fall brings one of my most favorite fruits.....clementines. What is so great about the greatest of citrus. Clementines are a user friendly fruit. Even very small children can peel them. All the white pith comes off. No seeds. Wonderfully sweet. If you've never tried them, do it. You'll be hooked for life!

For Christmas we're sending both sets of parents some Flordia tangerines...we just moved here and I thought they'd get a kick out of it, and enjoy them too!
